Delete Your Account

On Android and iOS: open the Me tab → Settings → Delete account.

On the web app: go to Settings → Delete account.

Your account is deactivated immediately. You are signed out on every device and any API keys stop working the moment you confirm.

If you've lost access to your email address or can no longer sign in, write to astroniq.app@gmail.com from any address and tell us the email address on the account.

We will verify that the account is yours before deleting anything. That step is not a formality — without it, anyone who knows your email address could erase your account. We aim to complete verified requests within 7 days.

Deleting your account removes:

• Your birth details — date, time, and place — and every chart cast from them
• Your chat history, including the assistant's memory of your past conversations
• Saved people, saved charts, reports, journal entries, and reminders
• Your email address, name, and profile
• API keys, sessions, and push-notification subscriptions

This happens within 30 days of your request. The delay is a grace period, not a queue: it exists so an accidental deletion can be reversed by writing to us before it elapses. After that the data is gone and we cannot recover it.

• Financial records — invoices and payment transactions — for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These are kept because we are legally obliged to, not because we want them.
• Aggregate, anonymised statistics that cannot be traced back to you (for example, a count of how many charts were cast on a given day).
• Backups may still contain your data for up to 35 days after deletion. They are encrypted, access-controlled, and are never used to restore an individual account.

You can remove these yourself, at any time, and keep your account:

• Individual conversations — open the chat history list and delete any thread.
• The assistant's memory of you — Settings → Clear chat memory. This wipes what it has learned about you across every conversation.
• Saved people— open anyone you've saved and delete them, along with their chart.
• Push notifications— turn them off in Settings to remove this device's subscription.

For anything else — a journal or reflection entry, a mood check-in, a generated report, or a specific saved chart — email astroniq.app@gmail.com from your account's address, tell us what to remove, and we'll do it within 30 days. These don't have a delete button in the app yet.

To get a copy of your data before removing any of it, email the same address and we'll send an export within 30 days.
