• Do I need a credit card to sign up?+

  No. The free tier doesn't ask for a card - sign in with Google or a magic link sent to your email, finish onboarding, start chatting. (WhatsApp sign-in is on our roadmap.) A card is only requested when you choose to upgrade to Astroniq Plus.

• What payment methods are supported?+

  India: Razorpay accepts UPI, Indian debit/credit cards, net-banking, and wallets. International: Stripe accepts all major cards. We pick the right gateway based on your country automatically, with a manual override on the checkout sheet.

• Can I get a refund?+

  Yes - within 7 days of an Astroniq Plus charge, no questions asked. See the full /refunds page for the policy.

• Will the price change?+

  We'll never raise the price on your existing subscription mid-term. If we change prices for new sign-ups, your renewal stays at the price you originally subscribed at.

• What happens if I cancel?+

  Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again. Your data + chat history stay intact - you can resume from where you left off any time.

• Is there a student / family plan?+

  Not at launch. We're keeping the offering simple until we have signal on what's needed. Email support if a different shape would unblock you - we read every message.
